Dr. Stephanie Seitz is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Scottsdale who specializes in women’s health. You may have seen her as a medical expert in the HBO documentary The Inventor: Out for Blood in Silicon Valley. She integrates natural care with the benefits of conventional medicine to meet the individual needs of each patient. Dr. Seitz utilizes naturopathic modalities such as homeopathy, botanical medicine, clinical nutrition and acupuncture. Her focus is on fertility support, recurring pregnancy loss, prenatal and postnatal care, fertility optimization, hormone balancing, PCOS, endometriosis, pelvic pain, PMS, menopause, recurrent UTI, bacterial vaginosis/vaginitis, yeast infections, abnormal pap support, thyroid support, acne, allergies, stress and anxiety.
Dr. Stephanie Seitz has spent the last 10 years at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine teaching medical students and treating patients. She graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island Illinois, with a B.A. in Clinical Laboratory Sciences in 2000. She went on to get her certificate in Medical Technology from Barnes Jewish Hospital is St. Louis, Missouri in 2001. After working as a Medical Technologist for 5 years, she achieved her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in July, 2010. In 2018, Dr. Seitz received her Master of Public Health from the University of Arizona.
She is a board member on the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association (AZNMA) and Chair of the Education Committee.
She loves spending time with her husband Andrew, her daughter Tessa, dog Tallulah and her cat Maddie. Dr. Seitz was born and raised in Springfield Illinois where she regularly connects with family and friends.
